Colored Base Coat with Silica Sand Broadcast—Our most economical system for
renovation of existing pool decks. First the deck is restored to eliminate cracks, dips, chips and
spalls. Next mechanical abrasion is performed to ensure that the penetrating primer, applied in
the next step, bonds to the concrete surface. The custom, colored base coat is applied next
and is broadcast with a clear silica sand to strengthen the coating and provide a slip resistant
surface. The final step is application of a clear top coat that is UV resistant so it will never yellow,
will stand up to freeze-thaw cycles, and handle intense summer heat.

PebbleRock Self-Draining Flooring —PebbleRock flooring is a unique non-slip
surface that is comprised of various sizes and colors of natural river rock that are mixed with a
waterproof binder and troweled to a depth of 1/2" over new or existing concrete pool decks. The
finished surface remains porous and allows water to drain through the surface. FlorDeck is an
authorized dealer for PebbleRock which carries a 10 year manufacturers limited warranty.
